We founded Sgushenka in 2018. We are experts and great connoisseurs of coffee, so we want to share our experience with everyone.

Our methods of making coffee

    Coffee is prepared in two stages: first, ground coffee is brewed with hot water, then the resulting mixture of coffee and water is filtered through a fine filter.
  • ~ COFFEE MACHINE ~
    The process of making coffee involves grinding coffee beans, then automatically loading the required amount of coffee powder, then passing the prepared boiling water under pressure.
  • // POUROVER//
    To brew a pour-over, you need special equipment: a dripper funnel, a filter, a pour-over teapot, a heat-preserving vessel for brewed coffee, a water heater with a function of maintaining the temperature at a given level.
